The BIG PRIZE! |
The Holy Rosary Gold Tournament Monday MAY 12,2003 We participated in a local private school fundraiser. Holy Rosary Golf Tournament! We had over 136 players as 34 teams that came out for a day of fun, sun, golf, food & auction. Of course heavy on lots of fun!! The day was beautiful and so comfortably cool!! At registration in the morning as the teams were arriving, we had a live chorus of music. At dinner, we had the local auctioneer come out and give out all the prizes for closest putt to the pin, longest drive, etc.--an autographed Tom Watson Driver, & much more. Unfortunatley, no one made the $10,000 Hole-in-One on Hole #14. But everyone had fun trying!! Hope to see everyone again next year!!
Cosmetic Improvements >Kitchen Clutter
The kitchen is usually very important to prospective buyers. Your kitchen may not be new and state-of-the-art, but it should look its best.
Your kitchen should be spotlessly clean and well organized while your home is on the market. The counter tops should be clean and free of clutter, and the floor should shine. Appliances should be clean and in good working order. You may want to add a few decorator touches or replace cabinets, flooring, and even appliances for a small investment. Dollars spent on kitchen improvements usually pay major dividends when you sell your home. If you are planning to sell your home and need some advice in this area, an agent will be happy to discuss your options with you.
